How many universities are there? Okay so I googled. Upto 170. So I would guess the 27 are in places where there are lots of foreign students because it is a top Uni. Or they are in a place with large ethnic communities? Like Bradford Uni? So the Torygraph once again tries to make a 'thing.'

How do I get £1000 richer? My water bill went up 30%, internet has gone up, Council tax has gone up. No payrise in 4 years, My car tax & insurance is going up etc etc. None of which is going down. Sooooo how does this magical GDP rise actually materialise into money for me? It is nonsense.
