「✢」+ on that same note, knowing I've got mutuals/friends here with autistic/otherwise neurodivergent kids? Things do get easier (in some areas) as they get older. In my exp the trickiest years for the kids I've worked with are 4-9. And that's my favourite age group to work with! But it's HARD.
