I think one of the worst quirks of online spaces is the idea that if someone doesn't post about something, they don't care about it. It encourages performative posting often makes things worse. I care a lot. I just don't want to add another poorly-informed voice. I'm reading & thinking.

@cait.bsky.social can you help boost this? I work in radio and there’s a nationwide EAS test tomorrow, Wed Oct 4th at 2:20pm EDT. This will send an audible alert to ALL CELLPHONES. If anyone is hiding a phone from an abuser, TURN IT OFF. Remove the battery if you can. Be careful and stay safe.

Hi! Fast update! My health is much better, still wrasslin' migraines. Roo was diagnosed with DM in Oct, so time with him has been 1st priority, lots of swims & cuddles. Finishing up a plan for an event planning business this week, excited to get started. Overall, pretty okay. Your turn! what's new?
