Next year New York will implement one of the broadest "Clean Slate" laws in that country. At a stroke, hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers who turned their lives around after a criminal conviction will suddenly be better able to apply for jobs and housing. www.brennancenter.org/our-work/res...
