Thanks to everyone who replied and sent messages. X Now I'm looking out the window over Shepherds Bush Green and it looks so vibrant and exciting. The food smells are amazing. I'm not too scared to go out, but I'm reluctant. It shouldn't be like this. Women should feel safe to live their lives.

Never underestimate a woman's intuition. Yesterday I said to my husband, there's a big spider in this house somewhere, I can feel it. He looked at me like I'm insane. This evening, I found it. On my bedroom wall. Even my husband went a bit pale when I requested an extraction. It was large.
