So using the data from the cohort study you posted, the vaccines were 99.9966% safe. And from other studies I have read the incidence of myo/pericarditis in vaccinated people was mild in most cases. So I think in any reasonable sense, it's safe to say that the vaccines were and are safe.

On the low end 2 people out of 1,000,000 suffered from myo/pericarditis after vaccination. On the high end it was 34 out of 1,000,000. With that in mind here's the conclusion of the report.

Study looks legit. So lets look at it. This screenshot shows that according to the study that vaccinated people seem to show roughly 2x the incidence of myo/pericarditis of the unvaccinated. Out of 1,000,000 individuals unvaccinated cases is in the range of 1 to 17 people and 2 to 34 vaccinated.
