The bar disagrees. See, this isn’t just about policing layman’s language. States are very concerned about consumer confusion about who is licensed to give legal advice, and can inflict criminal penalties on someone holding themselves as qualified to give legal opinions without that certification.

One of my children first learned to develop empathy as a toddler by caring for his squishmallows. I also think doll play is a legit factor in how girls are socialized early to consider the needs and perspective of others. I think there is some neural wiring going on even when you know it isn’t real.
