It's really hard for that to change when our politicians have been in place since the cold war. its really not a leftist thing its a US exceptionalism thing. I'm not at all saying we need to be communist, but capitalism obviously didn't work for us.

god no. its just the mentality some people have. me personally i just would rather live in a country that tries to do better for its citizens, and right now that country is unequivocally not the united states.

i would normally agree, but considering the current state of the US, and watching our government and infrastructure crumble constantly, it's hard not to look at china and go.. "ok, but why cant we do that here?" I mean they are currently leading in renewable energy. That isn't propaganda.
