Over the years I’ve seen a *lot* of (metal) bands. Metallica and the “top 4”. From Emperor, Agalloch, Satyricon to more obscure bands like Celeste, Ulcerate and Znowhite. But until yesterday I had never seen Iron Maiden. The sound was shit and they were tiny, but they’re off the list. #metalsky

I got all my spectral followers working , but it’s not loud enough in the bar to show off (I assure you all it’s really cool!) I also got my chaotic modulators mostly working (there’s a bug with the pendulum). And now the ui work to expand to 8 modulators, #guitarsky #weirdguitarnoises

My humble Ui (remember this is going to be a small touch screen)

This screen is where you choose a modulator to edit and what type it is (lfo/follower/sequencer, etc)

This is the lfo screen. Euclidean lfos are really cool (basically lfo only cycles on beats) . I like being able to combine different types of waveforms, randomization models and quantization. All themselves can be modulated

This is where you choose how much each modifier affects a parameter. It’s in the middle of a refactor since I’m going from 4 to 8 modulators (plus expression pedal and midi)

I really need to get ASIO capturing working, but here is my pedal prototype doing 4 PLLs. Some PW modulation, a sequencer modulating the frequency multiplier. Theres also frequency quantization and a little am tremolo on a couple of them . I think this pedal will be a lot of fun 😈

My spectral delay is coming along nicely. Rhythmic multi taps, reverse, frame shifting, band shifting, algorithmic sieves, phase manipulation, with every parameter able to be modulated. This has it all 😎
