time for my yearly 'when did everyone get so cool with doing photoshoots in graveyards on the actual graves of actual dead people?" tweet. that's.... SO wild to me, and i have never heard an argument for it that has changed my mind.

it still boggles my mind that crunchyroll has the audacity to actually charge people money to watch when we all remember they used to be a place to watch pirated anime for free.

even though ao3 usernames are already anonymous as long as you don't include links to a personal twitter account? the way i see it, it just makes it difficult to organize or find anything.

allison (the photographer): faster, more intense @allyspock.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

whats the point of posting a fanfic on ao3 as anonymous? im noticing a lot more ongoing fics being posted by anonymous accounts in a frequency that feels like a new trend. i just don't understand the motivation behind it. anyone have any insight?

me cosplaying as lady amalthea from the last unicorn, reclining on a stonework balcony of the washington national cathedral. i have one knee up and am looking wistfully down at a sprig of purple flowers that match my dress. a basket of more purple flowers rests on the ground beside me. the rest of the cathedral architecture is visible behind me.

i'm wearing a silver wig and a long, lavender off-the-shoulder dress with lacing down the front. the fabric has a blue color-shift to make it look more magical.

asking for money online is a sad symbol of our sad capitalist reality. however, asking for money online for years? that's a grift. that's a scam. that's manipulation. its nice and good to support a friend going through a hard time. its not your responsibility to support someones lifestyle.

i cant stand the trend of crafting youtubers who spend their entire time on camera whining and complaining about the craft they are doing. like dude no one is forcing you to paint a mural or sew an impractical garment, there is no gun being held to your head, get a job if you hate it so much.

me cosplaying elise from the yuri indie horror game "little goody two shoes", by astral shift! i'm wearing a doll-like fluffy red dress with white ruffles, white apron, and a big red bow.

i'm sitting on the ground facing the camera with a basket to my right, with three other cosplaying friends behind me facing away from the camera; lutavia as lebkuchen, knovice as freya, and luluko as rozenmarine. they have brightly colored blue, green, and purple dresses respectively that add contrast to the picture.
