I am working on something and would love your feedback. Research-based practices are important, but how they look in different contexts cannot be ignored. What if we start with local pockets of excellence and then align those practices with research to determine what works for YOUR students?

I am learning that relying on "research-based practices" is not enough. We need to use research to help us understand local evidence of impact. Looking closely at what is working in OUR context with OUR students and is backed by research is the true north ✨ for students. #LeadingTheWholeTeacher
