Lorelei starts to answer, but again is cut off by Emily saying “what a ridiculous waste of time” before she leads Rory into the dining room.

After many of these reveals, Lorelei sits down exasperated at Luke’s and ranting about how everyone is susceptible to trends while she orders lunch. He’s grumbling things like “tell me about it” and “bunch of sheep.” She finishes her rant with her food order (“just a punch bowl of coffee, thanks”).

Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich is possibly the most perfect fast food sandwich in the USA. I miss it so much.

Anyway, I was cleaning my inbox out today and I decided I should clean my drafts folder, too. Most of the drafts are notes I made to myself on school computers from 2009-2013. But, there is a poem in there that feels like it’s unfinished… but I’m not sure if I wrote it.

Now I have an iPhone with iCloud, so I haven’t used Gmail drafts in that way for a long time. Once a poem was done, I would move it to a Microsoft word document to print for a poetry slam, and the draft was deleted. (please know, I didn’t think my poems were great—it was truly a social event).

There was a year where I started writing poetry to perform at slams with my friends, and I’d often write at whatever computer I was currently studying at on campus. So, my digital notepad for poem ideas (or whatever things you usually jot down) was my Gmail drafts folder.
