Ive genuinely apologised to my friend and she still doesnt wanna talk yet & im just so sad :( having to see her each day on school run. She said she hears me & appreciates the apology but just doesn't want to talk yet 💔 i guess its a good sign but idk :( wish I could go back & keep my mouth shut :(

Im proud of her that shes so empathetic & shes always been very on the ball noticing things like that about people even since she was a toddler, shes like....idk really socially intelligent? 😅 not sure if thats the right term. So I met with a duty worker at cmht today, a social worker. He was nice :) I got a bit scared when I saw a dude tbh but he was nice. I spent an hour crying & ranting at him about my whole life & how everything basically feels as though it has fallen apart since I finished therapy in feb.

Im worried about the increase in SSRI because I already struggle to lose weight & I have high blood pressure 😩😩 im pretty sure i struggle with increased appetite as a side effect 😒 but ive been putting this step off for over a year & im really not improving in my instability & garbage self esteem :(
