I will sleeve on the rear occasion a game comes with them. I believe games are meant to be played and a little beat up. They represent the great moments it was played.

Was able to play a few games with a friend today. Sonora (not a fan), Medici vs Strozzi a great 2 player game. Crusaders: Thy Will Be Done, another goodie. And a victory in Spirit Island. #boardgames

What did you think of it? We had some mixed opions after our play. I'm not sure I liked it. Great concept but I'm not sure...we will play at least once more before making final decision.

4 of us played a game of This War of Mine the Board Game. This was a rough game. We lost when all our characters perished. I really like the narrative aspect of this one. #boardgames

So true. This really surprised me during the play.

Next we played Hadara, wasn't a huge fan but it had an interesting selection mechanic. Then we finished with Power Grid, Europe Map against the Robot. Not a huge fan of the bot but it makes a 2 player game more dynamic. #boardgames

Final map for the game Power Grid. The map is of Europe.

Two games in this afternoon. First up was Pergola, a set collection game where you have multiple different sets that can be made. Then Calico a pattern game, that is so much harder than you think it might be. #boardgames

I just discouvered @decisionspace.bsky.social podcast. It's amazing to have people talking about the way we play games, and lots at the way we approach games. We need more of this. The review space is over saturated and this is a fresh take on how we game. #boardgames
