Jeff Cannonball had a booming voice. You’d watch a match in a small club and you’d hear him in the back row. And he was funny. Even when he wasn’t physical he was a joy to watch. And he was an even better person outside the ring. Wrestling has lost a good one.

Check out a wrestling school called Renaissance Rumble Wrestling. They promote themselves as aggressively inclusive and Eel O’Neal is one of the trainers. As far as promotions I don’t know, but look for anyone booking Boar, Erica Leigh, Eel, Jordan Blade for starters.

Locally I want to throw a shout out to Seek Pro Wrestling. They run most frequently in Dunmore, PA. They use a crew of Buffalo workers with some additions like @ericawrestles.bsky.social, Ella Envy, BK Westbrook and Orin Walker. Solid, kid friendly unless @pufisgod.bsky.social says Fuck ICE.

The reward is women in my orbit generally trust and respect me. It’s a good feeling. Women don’t fuck you which is good because you’re a devoted family man. You get a lot of hugs from short Latina wrestlers which is good unless you have a bad back and can’t bend.
