If you like museums, I went to the Edo Tokyo Museum recently which has just reopened, and that was really good. Lots of interactive exhibits. And it's relatively close to the Sky Tree

And in Shibuya there's a shopping mall with Nintendo, Pokemon, Godzilla, JoJo, Sega and Capcom shops all on one floor. It can be BUSY at the weekend but we went last week on a Tuesday morning and it was (relatively) quiet.

I've been in Tokyo since last April! For nerdy stuff, Akihabara is super popular, but Nakano Broadway has a some really really cool shops selling old games and merch. And they have a few shops selling anime cels

I've done quite a few game jams recently. When I moved here it was about six months of not touching Unity at all. A few times I opened it and just closed it again. It was kinda nice to have a break and focus on something else.

I’ve seen more and more devs at shows with little kitchen timers, and they let you know that in ten minutes, when it goes off, it’s time for you to go. Seems like a nice easy solution.
