#xivwomenweek day 2 - a realm reborn 💠 okay, ladies, now let's get in formation - it's the OG eorzean alliance! #impxiv #ffxivart #merlwyb #kan-e-senna #nanamo

Pictured are three digital portrait sketches of the starting city-state leaders from Final Fantasy 14 - Merlwyb, Kan-E-Senna, and Nanamo. They each are sketched in their flag colors: red for Merlwyb, yellow for Kan-E-Senna, and black for Nanamo. They are also pictured in front of their respective city-state flags against a dark purple background. The on-screen text reads "The Eorzean Alliance" in Eorzean script.

Digital bust sketch of Merlwyb, a roegadyn NPC and leader of Limsa Lominsa from Final Fantasy 14. She has spiky hair that is slicked back from her face and wears a military-style jacket with metal buckles that is cut low to accentuate her bust. She looks off in the distance pensively with a stern expression.

Digital bust sketch of Kan-E-Senna, a padjal NPC and leader of Gridania from Final Fantasy 14. She has two horns atop her head, two feather-like ornaments that frame her face, and wears her hair in a woven bun above her shoulders. She is also wearing a fur-trimmed robe that is cut low to display an ornate metal necklace laid upon her décolletage. She smiles as she looks calmly to the right.

Digital bust sketch of Nanamo ul Namo, a lalafell NPC and leader of Ul'dah from Final Fantasy 14. She wears her hair in fluffy pigtails with a jeweled tiara atop her head. She is also wearing attire adorned with ruffles, gems, and details that suit her regal status. She smiles demurely as he gazes to the left.

Fólkvangr Vesture is complete! A warm and layered mix of cloth, leather and fur heavily inspired by Freya's design from GoW:Ragnarok. I had so much fun making this outfit! The wings are in the extra files on Helios and packaged alongside the main mod on Ko-fi :D Helios | Ko-Fi | #bkmods

Screenshot of a new mashup in progress, heavily influenced by Freya's design in God of War: Ragnarok. It has many layers of cloth, leather, and fur overlaying each other, creating a wintery and warm vibe. True to elements of Freya's original design, the colors of the outfit mirror the multiple deep browns, rusty reds, and cool greys.

Too lost to the ice for saving ... #Ysayle

A drawing of Ysayle. She's in despair. One of her hands reaches to her throat were ice crystals break their way through from the inside of her body, just like they do from her chest. With the other hand she embraces herself. From her eyes radiates a cold glow. She's crying.

"I don't th-think I've seen L-Lord Gegeruju look so mortified before!" "Honestly, 'twas not difficult to manage; man has the spine of a slug. All it takes is one mention of that incident and he goes -pale-!" I like to think Raubahn likes to mildly menace Ul'dah merchants after all these years

A gpose of my midlander WoL, Solaire, standing next to Raubahn on the one of the Moonfire Faire Platforms besides the big party boat. Solaire is wearing a blue one-piece swimsuit, while Raubahn is wearing metallic black swim trunks with netting on the sides. Solaire is leaning against a wooden beam, looking up at Raubahn who rests his arm above her head as he leans against the same pillar. Both seem to be having a rather amusing conversation as fireworks go off behind them.

Alternate angle of the first shot, focusing on Solaire's face. She's looking up at Raubahn with a smile.

Another alternate angle, this time focusing on Raubahn looking down at Solaire. He's caught mid-chuckle as he recounts a story to her. Fireworks can be seen in the background.

A gpose of Raubahn Aldynn standing in Costa Del Sol wearing a swimsuit. While it looks like a set of briefs, it's sides are made of mesh nets. He has a hand on his hip as he looks out at the offscreen ocean.

_-[ Heir to a ruined throne _-[ Forgotten and broken, alone #starchaser #gposers #gpose #viera

Orion Arianelle, a grey-haired viera, floats in black space. He wears a dark blue and gold ornate suit with a long, teal-frilled coat that has a white fur collar. His bare hands are low and open, almost beckoning, his head somewhat bowed and face almost blank and unreadable. The darkness is spattered with flecks of light and bokeh reflections. Behind him floats a dim halo in white and light patterns in a teal-aqua that are overlapping like mechanical pulses or halos and almost also like an iris. Surrounding this in a blue-white faded print are words in an arc:
protector of the memories of the forgotten • unasked inheritor of light • reverant commemorator of the fallen • heir to the marine throne of tears

Home of the Architect and Botanist 🎨 @wrown.bsky.social #WubComms #KriegHale

An illustration of my ocs, Krieg and Hale, by @wrown !
They are sitting together on a bench in the central courtyard of their shared home near the outskirts of Rabanastre. The sun is beginning to set, casting shadows from a nearby tree across one corner of the courtyard where Krieg and Hale are sitting.

Lattice windows decorate the walls, with smaller windows above beautifully decorated with blue glass; similar in design to the blue tiles that line the inner floors of the courtyard around a central, shallow fountain. Foliage fills the space, various ferns and potted plants, along with red tulips and lilies.

The two older men are pressed close together, Hale running his hands through Krieg's hair as he holds a book open on his lap; smiling as though in the middle of telling Hale about recent work or ideas he's had. Hale is smiling softly, content to sit, listen, and enjoy the moment with his husband. They are dressed comfortably in long loose pants and slippers, with Hale wearing a dark blue shirt and vest, while Krieg wears a paler blue shirt with a loose teal-ish overshirt that rests below his shoulders.

To have less dialogue and thought bubbles in my comics and focus on images only to tell the story. (Somebody who clearly only read one common genre/style.) Wolfram's story arc literally doesn't work without knowing what he thinks/feels and the duality of him vs the "voidsent voice". 😅

This has been controversial in the past but here we go - Wolfram spent about 2 decades killing any Garlean on sight. He was 20 when they took over his village in the Fringes of Gyr Abania. They're partially responsible for the death of his family. He blames them almost as much as himself. So yeah -

Solaire, as a former child soldier and science experiment of the Garlean Empire, has...complex feelings on this. For conscripts she is sympathetic, or at least patient. As for the people of Garlemald? to use her words "Y-You made me a weapon, but are only horrified that I kill when aimed at you?"
