Coping with being two weeks away from the final deadline of the year by slogging through tax returns with "Footfalls" jamming on repeat.

*Frantically looking for the "Plead the Fifth" button* #gposersnsfw • #hrothgar | #Kyra

Kyra, whose only hint of clothing is the leather strap of her necklace barely visible near her collar, leaning back on some sort of countertop that magically materialized in the middle of Thanalan specifically for this purpose. In the background, the skyline of Ul'dah is silhouetted against the night sky.

Hint for the original question: The answer starts with Y and rhymes with "Less."

One character, my Wol Nehru laying nonchalantly on a bed on their back in a dark room with dim, soft light. Between their lips a smoking blunt and a glass of whiskey rest on their chest, their eyes are lost in their thoughts. The camera is positioned at the level of the bed behind Nehru's head, so we see them upside down.

I've mentioned it before, but Kara/Riol was literally caused by a WoLQotD: "Which NPCs have seen your WoL naked?" I didn't even have much Kara lore at that point, I just liked answering the QotDs. Well. That one got from "ha ha funny question" to "lore-intensive trauma" in less than 48 hours...

I asked this more because of my own habits than Kara's, because Kara... doesn't really have any, I think? Even notwithstanding her focus being kind of "toggle on" whenever she needs to, nothing jumps out as me as something she would do to relieve stress before big events. She'd just stress. 🫠

#wolqotd maybe? Does your OC have any habits or rituals that they do during or before stressful moments (e.g. the night before a big battle)? Not necessarily superstitions, but something that helps them stay calm, or get themselves psyched up, or helps them focus, stuff like that.

If it's two days before a major filing deadline and you start an email to me with "I know it's a busy time of year for you" and then ask a non-deadline-related question that's two pages long, I should legally be allowed to, at a minimum, cut off one of your fingers.

Supply and Provisioning Mission #gposers • #aura | #Kass • #Algae • #Fisk

Kass walks through the bustling entrance of the Immortal Flames barracks. She's dressed in her gatherer's outfit of a light tanktop, black jeans, and boots, and is carrying a metal pail with several fish sticking out the top.

At the counter, Kass begins to lift the pail, looking down at it as she hoists it up.

As she does, she says: "I'm not sure why the Immortal Flames posted a request for 'a bucket of fish,' but I have brought—" before she cuts herself off.

The camera looks up from behind the counter at Kass, who now stands with her hand on her hip and a faint smirk as she addresses the figure awaiting her delivery. All that can be seen of the recipient is their tall hat signifying them as an officer of the Immortal Flames.

Kass says: "Er... you are... not the usual quartermasters."

The camera has turns to look down over Kass's shoulder towards the counter, behind which stand the apkallu Algae and the snake Fisk, both wearing Immortal Flames hats and looking up at their Totally Not DoorDash fisher. Algae delivers an enthusiastic salute as the pair await their dinner.

The excitement-to-disappointment whiplash got me hard on this one.

A line item from the possible rewards of the Moogle Tomestone event, the "What is Love? Orchestrion Roll"

For some tragic reason, apparently *not* a Final Fantasy 14 rendition of the peak Haddaway club song, but instead the music of the Moogle allied society zone.

My disappointment is immeasurable.

I think it has to be this one.

Vespyria stands in the middle of the frame, holding a hand to her chest and with her head lowered. With eyes closed, she is imagining those that have faith in her to carry on. Their energy and hope are channeled to her. To represent this, an assortment of Scion hands (and one of Pocero's) are reaching out and surrounding her.

Assuming "just solo it" isn't allowed (because she absolutely would), Kara would probably call: Co-Tank: Fordola Healers: Kan-E-Senna (this might be slightly cheating) and Loifa Melee DPS: Lyse, Zero (if allowed) or Bakool Ja Ja Ranged DPS: Sadu and Cirina, for lack of other options. ⤵️
