Democrats should propose amendments to the SAVE act that require the government to furnish free IDs to all eligible voters before requiring them, automatically register all people to vote, expand mail-in voting, and create a national voting holiday. Then watch republicans block them.

This Spanish tortilla restaurant has such a cool logo. I absolutely love it: amatxi-tortillas.es
Amatxi (“ah-ma-chi”) logo on a black background. The logo has a distinctive pill shape with scalloped edges and reads in a very stylized font.

The EPA will stop calculating the value of lives saved when setting pollution limits and instead tally only the cost to businesses. Could it be any more transparent that this administration doesn’t care about the American people?

If the Federal Minimum Wage had kept up with median home prices, it would be a lot higher. For 1980 parity, it would need to be $20.30. For 1970, $25.89. 1960? A whopping $35.12. And for 1940–1950 equivalence, it would need to be a staggering $42.52 per hour. It’s currently $7.25.
