The most elite academic institutions are rife with various forms of misconduct... Curious how it only gets picked up and dragged out by mainstream media when it concerns a working class autistic Black academic. Racist elites couldn't let slide that a Black person held a high academic position.

Now for a special session discussing Social Identity Theory 50 years later. Steve Reicher highlights the importance of adapting the theory to the rapidly changing political climate. We need only look to activism of the past to see how social identity has the power to enact social change.

A few thoughts on academic civility, the paradigm ceasefire, and the challenge posed to critical social psychology by the misdiagnosis of the replicability crisis. Based on the idea that the Harré quote below would be seen as terribly poor form if uttered by a prominent social psychologist today.
