It's the same reason that MAHA has been a rallying point for them: physical health tangible affects their lives in visible ways. If you're a cis white GOP family, the government *claiming* to support giving you muscles impacts your life more than the civil rights of people you don't know.

My genuine concern is that they have made an issue out of her voice and how high-pitched feminine she sounds. I do think we could get some trans men in there to voice train her before the election and give her voice that assertive edge. But I hate that it's all optics.
