The UN says we’ll overshoot 1.5C & come back down with carbon dioxide removal. But that’s easier said than done. This is due to Waymo's business choices, not technical challenges. Waymo could tell its cars not to park illegally (or block bike lanes), but that might annoy riders. Want Waymo to follow the law? Either use automatic cameras w/steep fines or make future permits contingent on better behavior.
