Woman is very crazy but very hot so who can say if she’s bad or not

Yeah, this is going to be a cute little 7, maybe 6 if it falls off. I swear I’m not just sticking around to see if Yū is non-binary or if they’re just pulling a “Ah he’s actually a boy that everyone thinks is a girl!”

We are *opening* on a zombie show where the protagonist is hunting for her dad, a surprising amount of good will bought right away even if the animation is kinda weak

I had too much fun making fun of the promo poster for # I’m Looking for a Zombie with a friend though, so I gotta at least give it a shot. Seriously, every one of these people looks like they are in a different show.

“Maybe Romania War Chronicle? It’s shaped like a villainess anime but doesn’t talk about skill systems.“ … Per MAL: “What they don't realize is that Romelia possesses a secret power called ‘Grace,’ which brings her extraordinary luck.”

I still remember the time on Twitter that I said something about a show about hunting dragons’s only selling point being how good the food looks and Papi called it damning

But it’s charming, the premise is very fun, I could easily see just making this city/minor kingdom a location in a tabletop game. I’d love to see more of the cait sith that went on to be an adventurer in another season.

Last episode of The Cat and the Dragon was honestly just a little bow on everything, no real deep thoughts on it. A very strong 7/10 anime. I’d have preferred keeping things a little tighter. It meanders a good deal and feels like it loses track of time.

I think they’ll also put it on Twitter. Probably streaming on several pages.

💀 Alaskan Weeb 🦇 @alaskanweeb.bsky.social · 5h

Yeah, and if it’s just televised a large amount of people will just view it that way, or via their website, if they want to. I can’t imagine that *that* many more people will actually be interested in watching an execution than would watch any other major political event.

Catching up on The Cat and the Dragon and maybe it’s just me not being a 20-something anymore but I really appreciate a show that isn’t afraid to have time pass. Especially something with a protagonist whose life is arbitrarily long compared to everyone else.

If you’re *really* good you’ll go buy a manga that is at least targeted to people in their late teens to 20’s. Anyways go watch Journal and Witch.

The trick to being a well adjusted weeb is keeping this in the back of your mind most of the time and enjoying anime *for what it is.* Also watching less shounen.

i feel like on bluesky people have gotten so used to local sincerity: “here is valuable and true information” “here is my personal worldview and morals” “i am mad i am sending you a death threat” that they’ve forgotten the culture everywhere else is manipulating you into a reaction for money/views

Just looked at Inept Villainess in my cue and ugh I gave this a good long shot and while I was kinda charmed for a while I just… really do not care. This is just Apothecary Diaries but with the Villainess sheen and the latter really drags down the former. 4/10
