A really useful AI task I use: take a photo of hard-to-read or badly worded instructions, then ask the model to turn them into simple step-by-step directions. It’s especially helpful when the text is tiny or unclear — and when your eyesight isn’t quite as good as it used to be 😑
A user has uploaded two text-heavy images showing difficult to read instructions and has asked AI agents to go through those installation instructions and streamline it for them. The agent has responded with what looks like the beginning of simple instructions.

🤯 Just discovered that it's Crt+V to paste images into Claude/Copilot CLI. How long have I been dragging screenshots into the terminal because Cmd+V didn't work?

@americanexpress.bsky.social login issues? Web says password is wrong, app works. Reset on web → app breaks. Reset on app → web breaks. Been stuck in this loop 4 times. Using a password manager, cleared caches, triple-checked passwords. Feels like web/app auth are out of sync. 😤

@economist.com is it true that the estimated delivery for your newspaper is between Sat and Tues? My subscription is only valuable if I can read the newspaper over the weekend.

"Liquid Glass [..] a new way while letting content shine through underneath it." Generally I like LG on iOS26, but it makes the lock screen ugly and unusable. The notifications _are_ the content, yet LG makes them look dark, bland and, worst of all, unreadable. #liquidGlass #iOS26
A iOS26 phone's lock screen showing the new Liquid Glass UI. Notifications are clear with a blur of the lock screen background. The poster believes these are unreadable.

Who would have won the Simon-Ehrlich bet over different decades, and what do long-term prices tell us about resource scarcity?
In the 1980s, economist Julian Simon won his bet with biologist Paul Ehrlich on mineral prices. But what does the long-term data tell us about supply and demand for resources?

Oh yeah! This is how the poster was before I fixed the issue! 😁

Factory sign that is usually used to show how many days a factory went without an incident or accident. But the text reads instead: 0 days since I last forgot to set translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints to false.

But all the text in the poster is completely missaligned.

A slightly surreal sight on Constantia main road: a truck transporting a very dead whale to its final resting place. Traffic backed up for miles behind it, providing a slightly grumpy unwilling funeral procession. That's its mouth at the front, drooping off the truck.
