Happy release day to Trials of the Jedi!!! I loved doing fan art throughout the Phase 1 and 2 releases and although I spent most of Phase 3 doing official art, I couldn’t let it come to an end without doing one last illustration.

Avar Kriss and Elzar Mann pose heroically, lightsabers ready and dressed in their luminous armor as marchion ro looms in the background.

Finally read Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone #4 and

The Teen Comix “no fear meme”
In the left panel, a cool figure wearing sunglasses wears a shirt that says “no fear.” A second figure approaches wearing a shirt that says, “Avar & Ty meet off-page prior to Trials of the Jedi, robbing us of a scene where Ty realizes Avar was the one in Elzar’s TRS merge memories.” In the final panel, the initial figure in sunglasses now wears a shirt that says “one fear.”

Stellan and Avar are always served each others drinks when they go out because Stellan orders the fruity cocktails and Avar orders whiskey neat.

Sorry to the Temptation of the Force pals, but The Eye of Darkness is my 2nd favorite THR adult novel (after Convergence, of course). The journey Avar goes on is so gorgeous. EoD ran so TotF could walk across the emotional finish line.
