Took a bit of trial and error, but a 40ms delay + room reverb seems pretty decent. Need to play around more with the dynamics settings (i.e., compressor).

Plumber came this morning and quoted us $1500 just to cut a hole in the wall to find out what the problem is. Had my general contractor come by tonight and cut the holes for a fraction of that. Leak has been capped and the source was a faulty valve behind the upstairs toilet in the guest bathroom.

We got the water sucked up and have floor fans + dehumidifier in there to dry it out, but the who wall and probably the beans behind it will have to be replaced so we're in insurance claim territory and I hate my life. Guess we may as well go ahead and remodel the kitchen while we're at it 🤦‍♂️
