Imagine paying that much for gas and not even being able to haul catering!

Today's reorganization win was painstakingly cleaning my very dusty little model kits and then putting them in dust cases.

Miniature model 'rooms'--a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and an office, in clear plastic cases, line the top of a book shelf.

I just discovered there's a sequel to A Magical Girl Retires and I feel like this is my reward from the universe for all the work I did this weekend to clean up my house and reduce my junk.

I do not understand the giant useless trucks. There's so many of them!

The truck is a kei truck! My friend has one. Very cute and very functional! And I guess there's kei vans too?

Lol yes. "I will read this and hate every minute of it... wait do I like this... WHY ARE THERE NOT A 100 MORE OF THESE!"

Obviously twice as much Mee Sum means I should go twice as often.

I read the first book under a sort of duress recommendation, decided it was the best romance I'd ever read, and then every book in the series got better. Not to build it up too much, but yeah, it's great. Hmmm maybe I just talked myself in rereading it.

Second this rec. The whole series is superb. I do feel like the mm novel works best in series sequence once you're really familar with the world.

Your pen organization is deeply satisfying!

I wish I had advice. I actually hired a professional organizer to help me partly because her service included taking everything away and she has several local organizations she works with. She divided all the stuff into different boxes depending on where it would end up.

I need this so badly I can already taste it. Now if I can only find it somewhere with shipping less than $40.😭

Sometimes you just need a certain size or shape! There has to be choices!

I really loved all the relationships in that show, especially all the families and kinds of families.

020

Yeah it was so worth it and made it so much easier!

I hired a professional to help and it was absolutely worth it. She asked me the hard questions about stuff to keep and helped me not waver on choices, then she managed the actual organization part and she took all the donation stuff away with her!

I feel so much better. I live in too small of a space to bear the amount of clutter I had.

I live alone. The 9 coffee cups I kept are probably too many. But half as many as I had before! And so many things I haven't touched or maybe even seen in years just gone now, freeing up cabinet space for things that had been living on the counter.

I spent all day totally overhauling my kitchen storage and did not take before and after pictures alas. But I'd say now 25% of my cabinets are empty and there's nothing on top of the cabinets or on top of the fridge and I feel freed of a great psychological burden.

Apparently, the last time I wore the jacket from last night's 50th anniversary dinner was at a Worldcon.

Holding a badge ribbon in the palm of my left hand. It reads, "Murderbot doesn't love you. It just wants to watch its shows."

Also take my advice with the caveat that my tiny craft space current looks like this. Not exactly not overwhelming 😅

A couple Ikea kallax shelves with baskets and drawers and a lot of stacked cases on top. A small attached workspace is filled with junk encroaching on the workspace

030

Though in fairness my experience involves multiple people accessing the file drawers. But at home I use smaller drawers or smaller marked stacked cases for things and I can always just grab what I need!

130

Yeah just being able to see a label on a drawer and go right for it is great for me and my adhd. Whereas even with well labeled files you end up shuffling through a lot to fond some and feel like it lends itself to things ending up in the wrong place more than smaller drawers.

I generally think the most number of the smallest size drawers you can get away with is best. I have several decently sized lateral file cabinets at work and they become kind of pits of doom? Like the drawers are just too big really organize and you end digging through a lot to find what you need.

What an odd angle to decide to paint a banana

Pants made of confusing perspectives! I think it's just an effect of the white panels and the shape of the pants.

020

I am trying to understand these pants. Because I think he's wearing sneakers? And these pants are just series of confusing perspectives?

I'd argue that he just does it in a different way. Like choosing to sing Leslie Cheung's The Moon Represents My Heart.

If any of those fashion houses really knew what they were doing they would have sent Wang Yibo to this while he was in Paris.

How is it possible for one person to look so tired and so beautiful at the same time?

I want to cut that collar off with scissors. it's so hard to look at.

She looks full of good vibes and he has that look he gets when he's actually comfortable with someone.

I have asked it so many times before, but why is he always making his face my problem? Why is he amplifying it here?

I got both of mine in Monday and I definitely had two sleepless nights after!
