I am this many stories shy of completing my run of Doc Savage Bantam reprints. I scored the last three omnibus editions today and these five books are all that remain.

A list of ten Doc Savage stories, two per book, that I have yet to collect: The Golden Man/Peril in the North; The Laugh of Death/The King of Terror; The Three Wild Men/The Fiery Menace; Devils of the Deep/The Headless Men; and The Goblins/The Secret of the Su. The average temperature for September (so far) in my corner of Kansas is 99.2. More than 16 degrees above the average for the entire month last year. Today it's 98. Tomorrow (day 11 of the heatwave) is forecast to be 102 then we get a break. August was only 3 degrees warmer than last year. #kswx
