Take these words home and think it through or the next rhyme I write might be about you.

"People pointing out that the policies I voted for caused the situation I'm in have made me steadfast in continuing to vote for those policies because they're so mean to me unlike the Republicans who are only mean to those other people."

I think I did a bit of injustice to the original piece. It was unkind for me to imply that their opinion came from ignorance of the comics. They were much kinder in their response than I deserved. I understand their view that the individual movies should focus on the individual characters.

Look going around bagging up people's lives instead of making sure they had places to live is disgusting villainous behavior.

Can we talk about the upcoming Marvel Midnight universe because this seems like it will be an incredible take on our favorite superheroes reimagined in a horror setting. It's definitely got me hooked just from the previews and description

Cover for Marvels upcoming Midnight Spiderman issue 1. Depicting a spider embedded in Peter Parker's chest with dark veins spreading from its legs.

A three-panel panoramic connecting comic book cover art piece set against a misty, dark urban street environment.

Left panel (Midnight X-Men #1): Features Cyclops firing his red optic blast while crouching, Storm hovering behind him with glowing eyes, and Nightcrawler holding a golden sword in a red-and-white outfit.

Center panel (Midnight Fantastic Four #1): Shows Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing standing dramatically in silhouette against a brilliant flash of purple and white light bursting from behind them.

Right panel (Midnight Spider-Man #1): Features a heavily muscular Spider-Man wearing a red face mask, shoulder wrap, and fingerless gloves, lunging forward off a stone ledge.

We keep comparing the US to Nazi but in reality they got it from this country. It's just more people realize it because it's not just Black people being affected by the regime. None of this is new to us.

Oh you're playing my jam today! First thing I think of...of course the MCU pops up. But reading spider man as a kid and how he was just a kid like me was when I first started. Of course the X-Men cartoons in the 90s played a bit role but the big moment for me was the Age of Apocalypse arc.

I decided to play Blitz Chess (3 and 5 minutes timed games) to help me improve my decision making. The games are much faster and it helped me fail more and learn from my failures. When I switched back to rapid (ten minute games) it felt like I had all the time in the world to make a move.

I was confused when I first learned the concept of detachments in WH40k You choose a detachment for your army and it gives your army an archetype for what it's good at doing. I always thought an army would have multiple detachments. Part of your army specialized in one role. 11th fixes that.

The Oracle never lied to Neo. She told him he wasn't the one. Remember the prophecy said that the one would be born in the Matrix. Neo was born in a pod. Agent Smith is who the prophecy was talking about. Agent Smith is who ended the war through Neo.

Some people think that proximity to whiteness will protect them from the fallout of racism. All they end up doing is being a mouthpiece for what they want to say and can reference it as "I didn't say it, this minority did" The model minority myth is a ploy but guess what you're still not white.

It never was. The Democratic party WAS the party of the Klan. The civil rights act WAS ratified by the Republican party JFK just happened to be president at the time. Party loyalists viewed it as betrayal and formed Dixiecrats GOP welcomed them and Dems became "progressive" by default.

It's so weird the overwhelming MAJORITY (80%) of the US population lives in an urban environment. So how does living in a city not make you a *real" representative of the nation. If anything too many concessions are made for rural needs.
