Powerful words on Justice which we should heed from Lisa Coons, 24-7 USA Director of Prayer

The Byline Times reporter Josiah Mortimer has been banned from attending both the Conservative and the Reform party political conferences. These are the parties who claim to be supporting a “free speech” agenda. George Orwell’s 1984 double talk is upon us ☹️

Jesus was a refugee, who fled to Egypt to escape King Herod. He praised the Good Samaritan - someone who helped an outsider. He said "whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." You can't be a Christian and anti-migrant.

Absolutely correct! Well done Bristol Post. Cutting funding for youth clubs was spectacularly foolish- reinvesting in youth clubs would be a relatively cheap and effective in helping our young people.

The Peace of Wild things short section I come into the peace of wild things who do not tax their lives with forethought of grief. I come into the presence of still water. And I feel above me the day-blind stars waiting with their light. For a time I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.

LORD, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive? But you offer forgiveness, that we might learn to fear you. Psalm 130:1–4 Firstly, we have a forgiving God; second, when forgiven God does not remember our sins, finally, this enables us to learn to be in awe of God!
