On parle pas mal de barrières au commerce interprovincial ces jours-ci. Comme pour les plans de lutte aux changements climatiques ou de déclaration d’impôt unique, si vous n’êtes pas à même d’indiquer dans le détail comment vous allez y arriver c’est plus un slogan qu’un plan.

Who are the taxpayers affected by capital gains reform?
They tend to have the highest earnings and are more likely to be older or even deceased men, with significant incomes outside of capital gains.
