I forgot to post this last week because I forget that I have this account. First (and to date only) animation I've done in Daz Studio, from ~11 years ago. Upscaled, added some colour grading, and some sound. Syncing audio and video is HARD. #WerewolfWednesday

So, reminded of this because of his movie appearance, but the obvious Starfox/Highlander crossover has been done by now, right? Fox McCloud of the clan McCloud? Also the release of Highlander was closer to the SNES release of Starfox than from the game coming out to today (like probably, anyway)

Also been doing some research about bipolar II, seeing as I get depressive as well as hypomanic episodes, but I don't meet the criteria because for BP2, hypomania has to last at least four days, and for me it only lasts a matter of hours. So I guess the answer is "idk lol" 🙃

So, this is not to critique someone else's process, but I have a friend who also works on music, and he was saying something about a song of his being comprised of some astronomical number of DAW tracks. I've been experimenting with the opposite, and I've found the sweet spot (for me) is 4-6 parts.

It's wild to me that the Yakuza/Like A Dragon series had a comically bad English dub with no-name VAs for its early Western releases, then it was Japanese audio only for years, and now we have a bad English dub again but with people who are Internet Famous

Just finished the ADHD assessment, and the outcome is follows: - I've pretty definitely got ADHD - Meds might be an 18 month wait - There's grounds to assess for autism as well Feels like I know a bit more about myself, but treatment and full assessment could well take a while. *puts on AuDHD hat*

So the new Aeldari Vyper went up for preorder today, and I just found a forum thread from *a decade ago* that listed it as one of the oldest models that was still current - it came out in 1997. The Warp Spiders were older 90s but got replaced early 2025. It's now only the Falcon chassis that's old.

Something that it takes a bit of maturity to realise is that whether or not you like something, and whether or not it's objectively good by any given metric, are two largely independent axes. Reminded of this because (most of) the recent Resident Evil games are GOOD, but I don't really LIKE them.

I've just dug through my email, and it didn't even take 6 months between applying for an ADHD assessment and being offered an appointment - it looks like I started the process in August last year. This "Right to Choose" thing is pretty cool actually, just a shame it's not for all conditions...

I feel full of nervous energy even typing this, but I ended up staying awake because I was in a good flow, and that meant I was up to receive a phone call that SCHEDULED MY ADHD ASSESSMENT that I applied for sometime last year. It's not for over another month yet, but it could be life-changing!

It's probably a minor thing, but it makes me feel better when I'm having a lousy day and still manage to make progress in a tough game like Elden Ring. Valiant Gargoyles ded, but it took a lot of tries (and a little luck). Plenty of choice for where to go next, but I'm a bit tired of it for now.

Man, my expectations were low, but Borderlands 4 really kinda sucks. I thought it could at least be a dumb fun shooter despite the cringe humour, but it fails at even that. It's just not fun to play, I'm not sure exactly what's changed but literally every other game in the series plays much better.

In Dark Souls 1, there's a katana with the line in the description "Cuts beautifully, but the blade is easily nicked". It's supposed to clue you in that it has low durability, but "nicked" is UK slang for "stolen" and it cracks me up to imagine some scally running off with your sword blade

I wouldn't recommend kidney stones to anyone, but being in tremendous pain sure does make you appreciate not being once it's over. Even something as simple as watching a stream, nibbling on crackers and sipping a drink was made special because I'd finally stopped hurting.
