Fire from this house into the parkland made short work of the Germans in the parkland. Moving the Möbelwagen up couldn’t save the day and German FM collapsed to 0. Great catch-up and fun game to umpire. #spreadthelard

Today’s CoC battle @glenbrookgames.bsky.social v @paulbaldwin.bsky.social was a near replication of the Stationsweg action we fought in The Hartenstein. Very sobering end to the Arnhem leg of our European tour. A visit to the war cemetery in Oosterbeek. As always a beautiful English Garden but so very sad. I was particularly affected by the graves of twins killed in the same action on the same day aged only 21 years.
