Unfortunately telling retailers to only display variants instead of cover A is highly problematic and won't work. It would be better for Marvel to listen to retailers and fix the problem. Logos should always be on the top. Please don't dismiss us.

000

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

You are missing the point. The cover A will not be visible to customers on the rack. The logo should always be on the top. The current design is terrible for comic stores and our customers. Please don't dismiss retailers. It is insulting.

000

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Please get Marvel to change the cover A so the logo is on the top. This is what the book will look like on comic racks.

Hopefully @2000ad.bsky.social will have these (and so many others of their books) available to Canadian stores. Distribution through Universal Distribution should have been done at the same time as Lunar.

000

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

@2000ad.bsky.social any word on being available in Canada? When will you be available through Universal Distribution?

@heavymetalofficial.bsky.social will this cover be made available through Universal Distribution?

000

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

@thevaultcomics.bsky.social Why are your novels not being offered to Canadian comic book stores? Why are your comics keep getting delayed to Canadian stores? Why is Lunar getting preferential treatment over Universal? There is a problem and you need to address it! #comics

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

So @averyhill.bsky.social You state "All our titles are available in the United States and Canada from all major wholesalers" but you are still not available through Universal Distribution! Help Canadian comic stores have proper access to your books! Use The Canadian comic Distributor! #comics

@2000ad.bsky.social when will you have Canadian distribution through Universal Distribution? Help Canadian get your books (we don't use Lunar)!

000

Adam Pottier @adamcomicnexus.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

So, @averyhill.bsky.social when will you add Universal Distribution so Canadian comic book stores can order your books through a Canadian comic book distributor? You added Lunar so why did not also add Universal? #comics #Canada

Image Comics comic creators! The Universal deal kicks in July 13th! Then Canadian stores will have Monday FOC! Currently, our FOC is Sunday, so too late for any Monday callouts! I highly recommend shouting out the week before, so people have time to set up a pre-order before FOC has passed. #comics

FYI, I checked and at least the first issue of Descent to Nowhere was not available through Universal (I think that I may have pointed that out to the rep at the time). That definitely affected the orders for the issues after that. There is a special 4-pack that is coming out as well as the TPs.
