I really don’t have time for fan art these days, but my love for Angine De Poitrine compelled me to do up this #silkscreen #gigposter #anginedepoitrine

Klek and Khn spiralling around a gold triangle doing their triangle hand gestures.

What’s the proper protocol for calling out friends that are designers who use ai for illustration in their work? Is “Who is the illustrator?” too passive aggressive?

I hand-pulled a few silkscreen prints of my poster for The Gruesomes at House of Targ this weekend. My first time trying out fluorescent ink! #gigposter #screenprinting #thegruesomes #houseoftarg #ottawamusic #illustration

Latest work: a 6 colour, hand-printed #gigposter for the great @deadrootrevival.bsky.social Pretty happy with how this one came out! #screenprinting #illustration #poster #merch #silkscreen

Nerd alert. 🚨 Late night #anginedepoitrine #onepiece mashup just for kicks. So many questions. Why are Khn, Usopp and Sniper King/Sogeking never seen together? Does the Venn diagram of AdP fans and One Piece enjoyers include more than me? What is the point of a double handled slingshot?

In a perfect world, this is what I would be doing every day: Designing and illustrating an album cover, creating a hand-silkscreened gig poster around the established themes, then leveraging a t-shirt design from that and hand-printing those as well.

Gig poster, album cover and t-shirt design for Amos the Transparent, featuring an illustration of a young woman whose head is unraveling like a ribbon.

Hey pals. The full-time artist journey has pushed me up against the wall recently so I’m trying to re-strategize. Tomorrow may 1 for Bandcamp Friday, some v-special 19x25 prints made by my friend Marc of Ragged Empire will be online. Marc has designed some rad stuff for me over the years. 🔗 below.

I’m so glad vinyl made the resurgence it did. I never tire of seeing my art on album covers. It’s so gratifying. Album art for Ottawa legends Amos the Transparent and their fantastic new release ‘Everywhere All the Time’.

Album cover featuring an illustration of a girl unravelling, surrounded by planets, stars, a robotic hand, a small man flying a biplane and a redwing blackbird.

The reverse side showing a floating banner with the album title and band name, an old fashioned lightbulb hanging from a wire, a tiger leaping toward it and more planets and stars.

The record itself with stars and a banner with the title and band name

I’m still here… sorta. Really happy to share this cover I did for Ottawa legends Amos The Transparent. Their fantastic new album is called ‘Everywhere All The Time’. Super fun. #albumcover #coverart #illustration #albumdesign

Following the #BlueJays heartbreaking #WorldSeries loss, I poured my grief (yes, I am dramatic) into some #fanart. I hand-pulled a very small #silkscreenprint run of this design to give to give to friends who shared in my suffering. 😂 American League Champs! Nothing wrong with that!

Latest work: #gigposter for the great Ottawa band Double Experience, for their show this Friday at Rainbow Bistro. This was super fun to draw, and even more fun to print. Laying down that fluorescent pink ink was so satisfying. #silkscreen #illustration #poster #posterart #screenprinting

Gonna try to be more active on here! Here’s a #gigposter for my longtime pals The Reverb Syndicate for their album release at House of Targ with special guests Slo’ Tom and Antlers. I thought a surfing #Nosferatu would be in keeping with the Halloween season. #illustration #poster #posterart #ottawa
