I didn't buy it, but I saw an ancient Nasta Reactors Climbreactor vehicle at Goodwill. These things were "powered" by a glow-in-the-dark key thing you plug in, and it still has it. No charger, though.

It seems to vary depending on who it is, and when. You're always going to sell more Mandos and Lukes and Vaders, and when you had only 3 movies you *had* to sell the other guys to keep going. Now with... I guess 12 live-action feature-length theatricals, they don't gotta do anything like that.

210

Adam16bit @adam16bit.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

You can dump on the likeness for those Han figures, though, I won't argue. Decent figure overall, though, good costumes, this is just what happens when the figure is made probably before the actor is cast.

Adam16bit @adam16bit.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

People dump on the kiddo Hasbro Star Wars lines from the Disney era, they are wrong to do this. Some good figures came out that people ignored. Check out Solo: A Star Wars Story Moloch. He wasn't expensive then, he's affordable now, nice and weird. figureoftheday.blogspot.com/2018/07/star...

I just finished the Castlevania: Belmont's Curse demo on my aging Switch 1. Tough boss fight. Controls don't feel super duper tight. It's got a lot going on and is chattier and choppier than I'd like, but I'm still going to buy it when it comes out this month as long as it's not a download-on-cart.

I immediately went looking for info on Star Wars toys, Star Wars deleted scenes, Final Fantasy stuff, and Simpsons stuff. It was great. Much of the early internet were just other dorks using their free .edu space to post about whatever they like, hoping others would see it and also make a page.

Adam16bit @adam16bit.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Early internet was all nerds. Back in the 1990s, most people didn't have computers - so there was a barrier to entry. Of course all anyone wanted to talk about were computers, Simpsons, Star Trek, video games, computers, I'm told some people were there for smut, and also computers.
