DOLLY PARTON'S COLESLAW
Preparation time: 10-12 minutes. Serves 10 - 12
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chipped
1 carrot, chopped or grated
1/2 bell pepper, finely chipped
1 tsps sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 dill pickle, chopped or 1 tbsp pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve

Wanted to see what 18th century saddles were like for a job & came across this equestrian print featuring a very Long and somewhat Upsetting looking horse named Lamprie. So now you all have to see it too.

A print from the 18th century of a horse and rider (who I think may be a jockey judging by the clothing). The horse is exceptionally large with a long slender neck and very tall legs. It has big eyes with a somewhat distressed expression.
