It wasn't full employment really even then. As a new grad I applied for over 40 jobs before success, my contemporaries walked into the first one. If you are #disabled there is never full employment. #Discrimination was terrible then and now..

Your partner getting employment doesn't stop you being disabled suddenly - it might even increase the costs if they are unable to offer as much free help. But your access to financial aid for that disability is entirely dependent on that partners income.
