It follows the same color scheme as the old one - black skin, orange glowing fur - but the meshes have been entirely redone with more detail, and the body utilizes emissive masking so there are some glowing orange areas. Yeah it's been acting strange for me too, a lot of existing material appliers I own no longer work. They'll be added to the HUD, but nothing happens when I click them to apply. I think the latest update changed something about how they work, or at least that's my best guess.
