There was a brief beautiful window of time where he was really good at sitting up on his own but hadn’t figure out how to pitch himself forward yet, and you could just plop him down wherever with a toy. I didn’t know how good I had it.

Obviously it is a blessing and a privilege to see my child grow up and learn new skills, but god was it nice when he didn’t have object permanence and would also just stay wherever you put him.

Ours is between 20-30 year old and the new attachments fit! If you want to buy new, apparently you have to go for the classic model and not the artisan (which sadly means you won’t get a fun color) if you want it to last a long time.

Gave the baby some crayons and while he doesn’t seem particularly interested in coloring, he is VERY interested in dumping them all out of their container and then putting them back in, so I will consider that a win.
