A HILL I WILL DIE ON: new authors don’t get enough opportunities to be on book events. I’m trying to fix this, but honestly the traction needed to get these book events going and the hills you have to climb to make it work are steep. You can find tickets here: tinyurl.com/fpbfswhisp #booksky #sff

Ballad of River Bones is the conclusion of epic folklore fantasy and Indie Press Award Distinguished Favourite duology, Dissonance of Bird Song, ending the critically acclaimed tale of “love, loss and sacrifice.”

Cursed by ghosts of her victims and haunted by her past, Nessa searches for her lost sister. In the Myst, change is devastating. To survive, Nessa makes a pact with a mysterious druid to protect herself from the ghosts of those she has killed. As the shadows draw long over ancient Cornwall, Nessa’s path leads her to a choice:

Save her sister and doom herself to death,
or destroy the Myst and banish her sister to the sea.

Reviews of folk lore fantasy epic Dissonance of Bird Song, praising for its atmosphere and lyrical, poignant story telling.
