It's not ai. It's an istock image from 2022. And it looks like it could be ai, because AI was trained with real art from real artists. The original author of the image has consistent artifacts on all his images, and AI couldn't do text in 2022.

Chance deleted their bluesky, it seems. They've going through a lot at the moment. For months, they've had a former friend intentionally convince multiple people to cut all ties to them out of malice, and they have lost a significant part of their social sphere because of this.

Last part of the wheelchair won't arrive until next week. The waiting is making me go crazy. The wheelchair company is amazing and is trying the best they can do to make FedEx fix all the problems. But the way FedEx is handling everything is horrendous

Another instance of a medical aid and disability being used to demean and insult. Remember, whatever reason you wear diapers, it is OK to wear them. Wearing diapers is not a failing, or bad or wrong, they aren't just for infants and old people, many people of all ages utilise them.

PACI Board Departure

After more than five years of dedication and service, Rifka has voluntarily stepped down from the PACI Board of Directors.

Rifka has been part of PACI since the very early days and helped shape so much of what we’ve built together. From managing our finances, to helping launch the BFC Con Store, to packing and shipping the vBFC care packages many of you received, Rifka has always been willing to do whatever it took to bring joy to our community and make our events a success.

Anyone who has worked alongside Rifka knows the amount of time, energy, and thought he has given to this organization. His contributions have been an important part of our growth, and the impact of that work will continue well beyond his time on the Board.

While we are sad to see this chapter come to an end, we are incredibly grateful for everything Rifka has helped us accomplish and for the many years he has spent helping build and support our community.

Please join us in thanking Rifka for all the time, care, and energy he’s given to PACI, BFC, and our community.
