The city has a camera network but this neighborhood can’t be on their main systems because it’s 800 years old and the ministry of culture won’t authorize some projects. So the city offered my compadre a camera but said they needed to run it to power and internet, while I was away

It was, I am told, a municipal employee in city IT. There’s a like 15-20m run through the air to a nearby electric pole where there is a security camera. It uses my net and the brown and blue pairs you see there go to 240VAC plugged into my surge suppression for the mesh WiFi
