Truly honored to have received not one, but TWO awards during the Indie Ink Awards. This book released shortly after my mom was hospitalized. After she passed, @rainbowcrate.bsky.social reached out about a special edition. Readers reaching out, loving this book, got me through that intense grief.🧵

#SunsetChat Do you want a sweet, short, spooky read? Do you like cursed forests and boys kissing? The Witch of the Wood is now available to preorder! It comes out October 6th! Universal: books2read.com/u/bw6gwP Itch: applesncinnamon.itch.io/the-witch-of...
The cover of The Witch of the Wood by Alex Larkspur. It features two men in a dark and gloomy forest. Milo stands in front, a man with tan skin and short, dark hair. He’s dressed in a cream tunic and a green cloak around his shoulders. He has a bow and arrows. He is clearly afraid as he stares at his left hand. His fingers are blackened due a curse that is spreading across his hand. Another man, Cam, is turned the other way and holding Milo’s right hand. He’s looking over his shoulder and looking at Milo with concern. His clothes are bright, colorful, and patchwork. The gloom of the forest mutes their color. The trees seem to close in around them.

the magic she loves
an illustration of agott from witch hat atelier, as she descends alongside swathes of golden light against a sunset-like setting, her cape billowing behind her. above her is a sphere depicting the stars, the animals and their respective decorative sigils like constellations. two borders frame the central piece: in descending order, it depicts the tower of tomes and its connecting bridge, shelves of books and finally agott's desk in the atelier. on the left bookshelf, some of the spines form a young, lonely agott. on the right bookshelf, the spines depict the many faces of the atelier; coco, qifrey, olruggio, tetia and richeh.

Digital illustration of Henry and Hans from the game Kingdom Come Deliverance. They are lying in bed together, Hans hugging Henry from behind and kissing his neck. Both of them are wearing simple nightshirts, though Henry is wearing a green hood around his shoulders. He has a brand on his neck, signifying criminal charges. qifrey and the star........
an illustration of qifrey from witch hat atelier. he's resting upon a mass of tree roots and branches, coming in swathes of purples, greys and blues. his robes are long and flowy, cascading down and around him like water; both his clothes and the tree are blending into one another. qifrey is looking slightly behind him, towards a giant, golden star haloing him. MILD SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 93: his hands come to his chest; one gripping his ribbon tassel while the other brushes against the swirl of tree branches. At the center of these branches is a lantern which partially covers the silhouettes of a young qifrey and olruggio.
