I still love iA Writer. Used it exclusively for book 2. I used Scrivener for a while previously (book 1), but iA Writer is perfect for my needs. Using it + Git for the course content now.

Within 3 minutes of my 10yo switching the smart speaker to a male voice, it told Kelly to “take a breath” 😱 If it tells her to calm down one more time I think it's gonna end up in the street. To be clear, this was its response when she casually swore while laughing. She wasn't even talking to it.

I always appreciate the moral clarity of “Deep State” Kuba & it was perfectly on display on the latest episode of “What Fresh Hell” www.youtube.com/live/lDz0B1W... - supporting someone’s rights does not require supporting their political project. - condemning amoral behavior must be universal.

I honestly find it amazing how little credence is given to the fact that local constituencies pick the candidates they prefer and those candidates attributes will differ across the country. The top-down, one-size-fits-all magic bullet candidate thinking has got to fucking stop.

It’s kinda amazing that the party that practically deified the legendarily adulterous JFK is clutching their pearls so tightly regarding Platner’s behavior, even going so far as to suggest Collins is a better choice… again, despite her own infidelity. It’s all just so disingenuous.

I just learned that some people think “undocumented” (in reference to a person) means “there is no record that they exist” as opposed to “they lack the proper documentation authorizing them to reside and/or work in a given country.”
