everything just feels like a struggle lately. my gym progress has fallen off. my writing is touch and go. i'm going out a lot more because i'm in a relationship, which is a lot of fun, but then my energy is depleted when i eventually get home. plus the anxieties over money...AUGHHH

Considering the changes happening at Google, making regular search results into a conversation with an AI bot, it was very easy for me to change my default search engine on my phone. Settings > Safari > Default Search Engine > there’s a nice simple dropdown menu. I picked DuckDuckGo.

the mental aspect of bodybuilding is so so tough. but one area where I’ve improved with it is giving myself grace and knowing that I do have a beautiful body, and that improvement is an endless pursuit. I’m having more fun with it now.

my bulk is over and was not terribly successful. I gained but not nearly the amount my coach and I were hoping for. I thought being mostly unemployed would help me with focusing but it actually made things worse - turns out life structure helps instead of distracts lol. the next one will be better 🤞
