After literally months of wanting to plan and track my workouts better, I finally did it! I have reference sheets for warm-ups and cool-downs as well as weekly workouts with progressions and a monthly tracking sheet.

Why I love DuckDB in one anecdote: I needed to copy all tables from one database to another, and I was sure it was going to take a while to figure it out. I googled "copy from one duckdb database to another," and this was the first result:

Meet Winnie! We just adopted a 4-year-old pitbull yesterday. She was found as a stray, and she recently had puppies. All of her pups were adopted, and she needed a home. She is super sweet, and we love her already!
