Telling @jiorujaypera.bsky.social about TV Nihon in retrospect while editing this video is crazy work because they're just casually like "uh oh new vocal stim alert"

Considering I went out of my way to do some very basic color correction for this 8 second clip you can probably tell what side of the fence I lie on with Sailor Moon It's not even the pleasing pink tint, it's more like a yellow? Regardless, one more thing for the skill set.

I saw some really cute Gavv x Sanrio merch too! Just wish this was more in my budget...

Other thoughts for tonight: - I gotta save up enough to send my partner something. Finding out they've made some cute ass Sentai/Rider x Sanrio merch has given me a new reason to live. - About 5 or so episodes into After War Gundam X, really enjoying it and I'm going in blind. Hell of an OP.

I've seen a lot over the past 5 years (online and offline) and sometimes it really is easier to pull teeth than for people to admit they're hurting you / themselves. I'd have much less patience if I didn't have attempts of addressing this myself fall flat so many times.

ToQ 5gou (Pink): Are you okay?

ToQ 1gou (Red): Not really, but whatever.

The highlight video based on my podcast episode with @prettytranslator.bsky.social is still incoming, the blame's completely on me for having life get in the way and trying to learn Davinci Resolve. Have some preview stills in the meantime (with a placeholder BG):

Coldest take imaginable but any time I see someone playing the Pokemon recomps with Stadium models and new mechanics and all of that my mind just goes straight to this:

ORIGINAL:
Knight holding a lantern in a dark cave, with a monster hiding in the shadows.

HD REMAKE:
The cave has more bricks, the lantern is more detailed and the knight has a hyper realistic face. There are no shadows or darkness whatsoever. Every article of clothing is more detailed. The monster has more defined teeth but looks less intimidating.

Tried this whole "writerdeck" idea where you use a laptop or similar machine as a barebones writing processor on a stripped down Linux distro. I have never used the terminal for this much stuff in my life.

Channeled my inner @mercurycdx.bsky.social last night for no real reason, I honestly didn't know that Fantasy Zone II DX got a official PC port (albeit a Japanese only demo). Wine seems to handle it just fine. Not super important in the modern day but the novelty is kinda cool.

One of the biggest mysteries of life is why I got hassled as a child for not acting like a "typical boy" but when I go "hey maybe I'm not" everyone panics and puts me in the MANLY MEN box. Logic like this is genuine in many people's heads.

@lucidevil - why are you as a man drinking lemonade

@stevozone4_ - Fuck it, I'm nonbinary now. This shit getting crazy.
