J&K reservations have several critical aspects. Firstly, the RBA is redundant. Instead, select genuinely inaccessible areas and designate them. Secondly, families employed in gazetted posts shouldn’t use reserved categories.

…should stop taking the category. Even the Non Gazetted persons taking the reservations, they should be given, way a period of 10 years, to live in Cities for education purposes of kids and go back to serve the areas from where reservation benefit is taken.
