unrelated to getting this controller in I did in fact cut myself this morning. Might have been an omen.

Thanks to Razer for sending me the new Wolverine V4 Pro to try out! Gonna mess with it this week and will have a video with my thoughts soon.

I wondered how they were gonna handle giving Riou/Riliu a personality, turns out you just make him a generic good intentioned shonen protagonist and it works hah.

First episode of the Suikoden anime was great! Curious about how we've got one new original character to work with, wonder what might get changed up with her involved.

I am so irrationally mad that that "my 9 ___" trend website has a music option that is track based instead oft Album.

Wishlist These Indie Games RIGHT NOW

I know this is like, the *busiest* time of year for big games to be dropping, but I wanted to talk about some upcoming Indies I've gotten the chance to play and am keeping an eye on because they are SO GOOD. Here's 5 of them. youtu.be/ICIGEHLajIE

A friend described it to me as what happens when a cinnamon roll of a man gets better after having been possessed by the pure essence of chaos for most his life.

Galactic Racer is thankfully something you can definitely just dive into on occasion for a hit. Like, yeah there's a story and campaign end, but ultimately you can just do a run here and there and it'll fit nicely between playing other things.

It's brutal, I feel good about my pace on it but I think about the time lost in any other games I could have gotten done in this time span lol

I feel like i'm doing a decent job of keeping up with some releases but it's just impossible to do them all right now. I'm almost done with FE and Silent Hill Townfall, and Dawnwalker is just staring at me.

The picture of wide-eyed Elizabeth Holmes from the upcoming movie You Can See Everything, recreated with Vivec. It's drawn in watercolor and captioned "why would I deceive you?"

Every praise I see for how good this new campaign is just reminds me that the narrative director was let go just after the game went gold. Apparently he did a great job! Sure would be cool if he could do it again.

star wars galactic racer is fuckin awesome here’s my review

0217

Very fair. I find myself liking FW’s approach to free time more than 3 houses, but it’s def just a better execution of a thing I’d prefer it just not have.

060

also man, I can not imagine starting this game with any route other than Cai's. It's so damn slow and intentionally paced as a first play through, it's an absolute slog compared to the others once you see how fast those get going.

For an offensive one yeah, raw support wise I've had a tough time topping Sofia's utility with bonus range.

110

Got to Leda's path for my final Fortune's Weave route and wow am I happy saving this one for last because this party is *ridiculous* power level wise. Sirocco and Mu are absolute monsters.

280

When I say you are not prepared for the level of Star Wars names that show up in this game.

Racing games as a genre have always had a light appeal to me but it's tough finding a single player rhythm that keeps me engaged, turns out the answer was make it a Roguelite lol.

Star★Salts @starsalts.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

I've been playing some Star Wars Galactic Racer (thanks Secret Mode for the code!) and it is 100% my kinda racing game. Fast, frantic, cool explosions, and the sound design/sound track captures the Star Wars vibes just right.

This sucks for many reasons. But I think it's worth emphasizing how selfish and duplicitous it is to go work with a public-facing, community-focused media org like MinnMax without disclosing this part of your past to them. (MinnMax confirmed to me they were not told.) Please support them if you can

I know this is being done with good intentions so I say it with all love: Dudes, when women are expressing fear and disappointment over a predator who was by all outward appearances safe and kind, that’s not the time to, how should I put this, humble-boast about how *you’re* one of the safe ones. ⬇️

Started up Silent Hill Townfall last night and while there’s a lot going on that I’m vibing with, my number one praise so far is that the composer Pilotpriest understood the assignment.

I've seen a lot of Sekiro/Onimusha comparisons and it keeps surprising me because I feel like I took to Onimusha pretty naturally, while Sekiro I always feel like I'm not getting it quite right.

Saw this going around so sure, why not. Top 9 anime that shaped me, no particular order. Struggled on a couple picks but if I'm thinking "shaped", this is a pretty good rep.

Clinging to my physical discs is the main thing keeping my PS5 alive this gen. Sure not gonna be a reason come 2028 though.

Kevin Kenson @kevinkenson.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

100%. Still working my way through so I don’t know the full expression they get, but all four unplayable lords feel cool enough to warrant a bit more spotlight imo.
